Sunday Sweat
Sundays 9:30AM - 10:30AM Pivot Studio with Travis
This class uses a mixture of core, metabolic hiit, weights, calisthenics, and more to condition you head to toe, mind and pumping soul. Come one, come all and work it; with your own dedicated station and equipment where you can unleash the beast within and leave doing things you never thought possible.

A high intensity circuit class, emphasizing proper form and the encouragement to push your limits. Engage every muscle group, enhance overall strength, and cultivate deep core stability in a welcoming and empowering environment. Unleash your potential, one rep at a time. 7 participants maximum.

The RESET
Saturdays 9AM - 10AM Pivot Studio with Sarah
The RESET builds foundational joint mobility, flexibility and improves breathing to enhance recovery. Expect a primary focus on joint range of motion, combined with a full body deep stretch. Expect to move leisurely and leave feeling relaxed, restored and reset.
